Born and raised in Barcelona to a Colombian mother and German father, Raik Seifert Gómez, 49, grew up between cultures, perspectives, and ways of understanding the world. Having lived in Spain, Germany, Colombia, Mexico, and France—and speaking five languages—he navigates naturally between continents and contexts, weaving global awareness into grounded, practical action.
Over the past decade, his work has gradually converged around a single question: What are we really trying to preserve?
Whether the conversation begins with Bitcoin, real estate, jurisdiction or long-term planning, he approaches each decision as part of a broader framework for preserving value and building a life consistent with one’s convictions.

Born in Girona, Sara grew across cultures that took her from Bavaria to Colombia, with Barcelona and Mexico shaping her journey along the way. This multicultural upbringing forged her worldview: open, curious, and deeply empathetic.
Now back in Barcelona and studying International Relations, Sara blends her cross-cultural experiences with a clear sense of purpose: building bridges between people, ideas, and ways of living. She has a natural ability to communicate, connect and mediate—qualities that help bring clarity, build trust and create understanding across different perspectives.
At Kompass Frei, Sara contributes a fresh and grounded perspective, representing a generation that combines curiosity with critical thinking.
