Born and raised in Barcelona to a Colombian mother and German father, Raik Seifert Gómez, 49, grew up between cultures, perspectives, and ways of understanding the world. Having lived in Spain, Germany, Colombia, Mexico, and France—and speaking five languages—he navigates naturally between continents and contexts, weaving global awareness into grounded, practical action.

His entry into real estate eight years ago, through his Colombian wife, opened a path where personal values and professional intention meet: creating homes and environments that offer stability, comfort, and long-term value. A family person by nature, he gravitates toward spaces that nurture resilience and belonging.

Today, as the founder of Kompass-Frei, Raik brings together sustainability, financial clarity, and community-oriented living. Guided by a commitment to autonomy and conscious simplicity—rather than acceleration or complexity—he combines strategic insight with human-centered values. His work seeks to slow down the noise of the world, create orientation, and design pathways that support a more balanced, self-determined way of living.

Born in Girona, Sara grew up moving through cultures that took her from Bavaria to Colombia, with Barcelona and Mexico shaping her journey along the way. This multicultural upbringing forged her worldview: open, curious, and deeply empathetic.

Now back in Barcelona and studying International Relations, Sara blends her cross-cultural experiences with a clear sense of purpose: building bridges between people, ideas, and ways of living. She carries an innate ability to communicate, connect, and mediate—qualities that make her a natural problem-solver, helping to gently de-accelerate and bring clarity to the dynamics that surround her.
